Windmill Shoot

I went to Ellis Windmill today and was guided around it whilst being told about its history and how it works. It was a bit of an experience and offered some really great photo opportunities. I will be revisiting the windmill nest weekend to take more photos and also record the audio for my photo essay, using a marantz recorder. I noticed the sounds today, for example; the swooshing of the sails as they turned, the chains pulling up and down and the clogs turning. The volunteers who ran the mill talked about the history and the working of the windmill so I will record them as well.
